The process of rehab doesn’t need to be ambiguous, it doesn’t need to be frightening, and it doesn’t need to be shameful. In fact, it definitely should not be any of those things. Instead, rehabilitation should be structured, it should be focused, it should be comprehensive, and it should customized to your needs and situation. But first, you need to admit to yourself that you have a problem and that you need professional assistance to overcome it. This is perhaps the first step to treatment. Admitting you have a problem and committing to treatment is imperative if you are to move on. Then, with that behind you, you will be able to move on to the rest of our addiction treatment program at one of our drug rehab centers.
After committing to treatment, you will dive headfirst into recovery and begin withdrawal in our drug detox clinic.

Dual diagnosis is when a person is struggling with both a mental disorder and an addiction. Don’t worry, this is only around half the people and is not something to be ashamed of. Mental health issues associated with addiction are depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Even if you are not going through a dual diagnosis, the root cause of your addiction will be uncovered and treated accordingly.
Group sessions are incredibly beneficial not just for you and your addiction recovery, but for everyone involved. You will feel like you are not alone in your struggle and that help is around the corner. Venting your struggles helps the emotional recovery of drug abuse and listening to you peers similar struggles forges an empathy that will make you feel better and more connected with everyone around you.
It is different for each person. Every individual has their own needs and situation. However, treatment at Integrated Behavioral Health usually lasts around 30 to 90 days. If you are in need of more extensive treatment for a severe addiction, you will stay longer. Like the rest of treatment, your length of stay is dependent upon you and your needs.
No one who leaves Integrated Behavioral Health after a successful rehab will leave alone. You will depart not only with the friends you have met who will support you, you will leave with the focus and guidance of your comprehensive addiction program. In addition, you will always be able to come back to our facilities just to check in or to receive more treatment. When you come to Integrated Behavioral Health, you join a family.
